2. Service Description

ProjectFlow AI provides AI-powered analysis of team communications using advanced language models, including Google Gemini. Our services include:

• Real-time analysis of team chat communications
• AI-generated insights and recommendations
• Dashboard and reporting features
• User account management and authentication
• Customer support and technical assistance

Privacy-First Approach: All chat messages and files are automatically deleted after a maximum of 7 days, ensuring your sensitive communication data is not stored longer than necessary.

3. User Accounts and Data Processing

To use our services, you must create an account and provide certain personal information. By creating an account, you consent to:

• Processing of your account data through Supabase (our database provider)
• Analysis of your communication data using Google Gemini AI services
• Storage and processing of data as outlined in our Privacy Policy
• Communication regarding your account and our services

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Data Rights and Account Deletion

When you delete your account, we permanently remove all your personal data from our systems, including data stored with our third-party processors (Supabase, Google Gemini), within 30 days.

Automatic Data Deletion: All chat messages and files are automatically deleted after a maximum of 7 days, ensuring minimal data retention and enhanced privacy protection.

5. Use License and Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for your organization's legitimate business purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the service to process illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the service to compete with or develop competing services
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

6. Third-Party Services and Data Processing

Our services rely on the following third-party providers, all of which maintain GDPR-compliant data processing agreements:

• Supabase: Database, authentication, and backend services
• Google Gemini: AI processing and natural language analysis
• Stripe: Secure payment processing, subscription management, and billing infrastructure
• Telegram: Bot functionality storage and automated messaging services
• Vercel: Application hosting and content delivery

All data transfers to these providers are protected by appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

7. Payment Terms and Subscriptions

If you purchase a paid subscription:

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy available in your account dashboard
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is fundamental to our service. We are committed to:

9. Intellectual Property

ProjectFlow AI and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the service. You retain ownership of your input data, and we claim no ownership over the content you analyze through our platform.

AI-generated insights and analyses are provided as-is and should be used in conjunction with human judgment and expertise.

10. Disclaimer and Limitations

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, except where prohibited by applicable law.

11. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with reasonable notice.

We reserve the right to update these terms as necessary to comply with legal requirements or improve our services. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• By You: Delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings
• By Us: With notice for convenience, or immediately for violations of these terms
• Effect: Upon termination, your access ceases and data is deleted as per our retention policy
• Data Recovery: You have 30 days to export your data before permanent deletion

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ProjectFlow AI is incorporated. For EU residents, you retain the protection of applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer rights.
